Niio: Period Tracker
Get help with the app.
Predictions start as an estimate based on the date you enter, then get more accurate the more cycles you log — the app always shows a confidence label (Estimate, Low, Medium, High) so you know how much history a prediction is based on.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Niio in your phone's system settings, and that reminders are turned on in the app's Profile tab. On some Android phones, battery-saving settings can also delay or block scheduled notifications — check that Niio is excluded from battery optimisation.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops all future charges.
No — Niio has no accounts and no servers, so everything you log stays on your device. If your phone backs up app data automatically (iCloud or Android Backup), a copy may exist there under your own account, but we have no access to it and can't restore data for you.
Uninstalling the app removes its database and settings from your device, and everything stored in them. There's nothing else to delete on our end, since nothing is stored anywhere but your phone.
App Lock uses your phone's own Face ID, fingerprint, or screen-lock passcode — we have no way to bypass it. If your device's biometrics have changed or stopped working, use your device passcode as a fallback, or reinstall the app (this clears its data, since nothing is stored elsewhere).
Email us with your device model, OS version, and what happened — screenshots help a lot. We read every message.
