This Privacy Policy explains how Niio: Finance Calculator ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App on iOS or Android. We built Niio to be privacy-friendly: the App does not require you to create an account, and your calculations are performed and stored locally on your device.
We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials. The financial figures you enter (such as salary, income, or loan amounts) are processed on your device only and are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. We do not operate any server that receives your personal financial data. The App does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, or health data.
To make the App work, some data is saved locally in your device's storage (for example, your calculation history, preferences such as your state and pay frequency, and your subscription status). This data stays on your device and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, AdMob collects the following on our behalf. None of it is linked to your identity or used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android) — not by us. We do not receive or store your credit card number or any payment details; that information is entered directly with Apple or Google. The App only keeps a local, on-device record of whether you're currently subscribed so Premium features unlock correctly — this record never leaves your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with data brokers. Information described above is shared only with the third-party service providers needed to run the App:
The App is a general-audience financial tool (App Store age rating 4+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.
Because your financial inputs stay on your device and are not sent to us, they remain under your control. We rely on the security measures provided by your device's operating system and by Google's and Apple's own services for the limited data those services process.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
